    Hi Robbin, this is great! I’m reminded of the cliche that you have one mouth and two ears so you should listen twice as much as you talk. Updated for the online world, most marketers operate like they have ten fingers and two eyeballs – they type five times as much as they read. But in reality, you still have one voice. You should still listen to others twice as much as you are asking them to listen to you. That is the way to engage people both offline and online. (Notice I said people, not customers. Treat someone like a person and they will become a better customer in the long term.)

    Hello W. Nice, I love it. I timed it and it’s just 29 seconds ;-) see :60 seconds is about twice as long as you think in your head. And I spoke really slow.
