Join the Brains on Fire Curiosity Team
October 6th, 2005
Hi there, faithful blog viewers. I’m actually kind of excited about this post, because it signals the beginning of what I hope is going to be a very exciting endeavor.
Brains on Fire is seeking kindred spirits to help us and our clients create brands that fascinate, inspire, reward and engage… and you don’t even have to relocate! Every day, with every client, we strive to have a deeper understanding of people and the world we all live in. As a person, turns out you’re in a position to help me with that.
So we are forming the Brains on Fire Curiosity Team. Led by Curiosity Officer Jennifer Goff (a.k.a. Yours Truly), this network of thinkers will contribute ideas, opinions and observations, helping us to develop a more complete view of the mindset of consumers, marketplaces… the world.
How does it work Simple. Email curiosityteam@brainsonfire.com with your first name, age and postal code (I’ve gotta do a little demographics here and there). From there, you’re part of the team. From time to time you’ll receive emails - maybe a survey, maybe an open ended question, maybe just a spark of an idea. And all we ask is that you respond when you have time. Plus, you can initiate contact whenever you like. Have a great idea See something really weird or interesting or inspiring or fun Send it our way. You have great thoughts and ideas. And it’s time someone asked for them.
And hey, pass the word about this along to anyone you think is a kindred spirit. You can copy and paste the link below into an email and send it on around the world and back. Think about it. If two heads are better than one… let’s take this exponential!
By the way - joining the BOF Curiosity Team is a voluntary relationship. All correspondence becomes the property of Brains on Fire. And under certain circumstances, you may be asked that information remain confidential. You can opt out at any time, and we will NEVER sell our list to ANYONE. No spam. I promise.
Thanks. And we look forward to creating with you.

Love your idea of a curiosity team. I must say though I am a little ‘curious’! Are you going to share the ideas with the team or is it only clients who benefit? Sorry it wasn’t clear in your invitation - Cheers

Good question Paul, thank you! I haven’t worked out all the logistics yet, but I do plan on being able to share the ideas with the Curiosity Team. After all, it’s the least I can do to thank all of the members, right? And heck, ideas feed ideas feed ideas… I’m hoping it will be a giant cycle.
