Heather hails from High Point, North Carolina and knows everything there is to know about the fascinating world of underwear. Seriously. Ask her.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to Brains on Fire, having played on both sides of the agency/client face, and knows her way around high-level strategy down to the details of execution.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA in English, Heather started out on the agency side before being tempted by the fruit of another and heading on down the road to the client side of life with Sara Lee Intimate Apparel. One thing led to many things where she spent the last four years as the Director of Marketing for Hanes Men’s $525 million underwear business. And as all underwear company enthusiasts know, Hanes is not only the number one apparel brand in total units, but it can also be found in 88% of American household and sold in more than 40 countries.

In other words, Heather knows the needs, language and culture of the big business brands and that - among many other things - is a major contribution to the Brains on Fire family.

At BOF, Heather contributes on many levels, including the role of Director of Account Services where she leads the account service team and works to ensure each client receives the service that Brains on Fire is known for. On other fronts, she contributes to strategy and insight and helps connect the dots for big brands when it comes to creating long-term, sustainable movements.

When she’s not at work or talking underwear, Heather can be found outdoors with her two Vizslas, Lukas and Lilly.
