Let’s face it: The vast majority of advertising and marketing for hospital systems looks and feels exactly the same. And those didn’t capture the spirit of Bon Secours St. Francis anyway.

So we were tasked with creating an identity and messaging that not only captures the spirit and expertise of St. Francis, but allows the employees to embrace what makes this health system unique, special and the best in the region.

Our solution was Faith. The always patient, always there, always smiling nurse who represented the silent strength of St. Francis. She and the cast of simple, animated characters became the ambassadors of the brand through very distinctive, recognizable visuals and messaging.
